If you’re looking for a little more “oompf” in your mask, you have the option of buying either an N95 or KN95 mask.

Not sure what the difference between those and your regular old cloth masks are? Don’t worry, we’ll fill you in.

As PennLive’s Deb Kiner previously explained, an N95 respirator mask fits more tightly around the face in order to keep air out from entering around the edges. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) further details on their website that N95 masks labelled as “surgical” are recommended, although feel free to go ahead and buy disposable ones as well.

KN95 masks—which, mind you, are regulated by the Chinese government, for whatever super shady that may be—are more loosely fit than their N95 counterparts, and are the “most widely available respirators that meet an international standard,” according to the CDC. There are, however, a lot of counterfeit KN95s out there, so be wary of that.

Please find below a list of the different N95 and KN95 masks you can purchase, and where you can get them:

You can also typically purchase the above masks in-store as well at Walmart and places like CVS.
